Simulation only#

Everything on this site is a simulation.

• The prices in the simulator are generated by the site. They are not market data.
• The simulator never sends a transaction and never requests a signature. If you connect a wallet, the site only reads balances.
• Any amount shown, including advances, balances, fees and pool figures, is simulated and labeled as such.

Not live#

The EVE protocol is not deployed. No contract exists on any network, no pool holds funds, and the $EVE token has not been issued. Descriptions of how the protocol works are descriptions of a design. Parameters tagged TODO are undecided and may change.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token or other asset, in any jurisdiction.

Not investment advice#

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. The site does not take your circumstances into account. No return, yield or price is promised, projected or implied anywhere on it, and illustrative figures must not be read as forecasts.

Selling a stock, depositing into a pool and holding a token all carry risk, including the loss of everything put in. The risks specific to this design are described in Risk and safeguards. Make your own decisions, and take professional advice where you need it.

Not available to US persons#

Tokenized stocks are not available to US persons. If and when the protocol launches, it is not intended to be offered to, or used by, US persons, or by anyone in a jurisdiction where tokenized stocks or this kind of service are restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to know and follow the rules that apply to you.

No warranty#

The site and its code are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. The simulator is a model and can contain errors. Do not rely on it for any financial decision.

Third parties#

Coinbase, Base, Chainlink, Morpho, Circle, USDC, the New York Stock Exchange and the companies whose stock symbols appear on this site are named only to describe how the design is intended to work. EVE is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them, and their names and marks belong to their owners.

Tokenized stocks are issued by third parties. EVE does not issue them and makes no statement about their terms.

Your data#

• Simulator state and preferences (your simulated ledger, the sound setting, whether the entry animation has played) are stored in your own browser. They are not sent to a server. "Reset the simulation" erases the ledger.
• Wallet. If you connect one, the site reads your public address and token balances from the network to show them to you. That happens between your browser and public network nodes, or through WalletConnect if you use it.
• No tracking. The site as built sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Contact#
